Cancellation and Refund Policy

To request a refund or make changes to any tour product at BNB Travel and Tours, please follow these guidelines:

  1. Request Submission: All refund or change requests must be submitted in writing by contacting your operations manager through the booking channel used.
  2. Refund Eligibility:
    • For requests made at least 24 hours prior to the tour departure, a 100% refund* will be issued.
    • No refunds are available for requests made less than 12 hours before the tour departure.
  3. Official Cancellation Confirmation: A booking is officially considered cancelled only once you receive a confirmation email from info@bnbtravelandtours.com.
  4. Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 days, depending on the issuing bank of the credit or debit card used.
  5. Bank Fee Deduction: Please note, a 5% bank fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.
  6. Tour Departure Details: Tour departure information is provided at the time of booking.
  7. Cancellation Timeline: All cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the activity date to qualify for a refund.
